3. Booking & Scheduling Policy

All appointments must be booked through our website or by phone. Once your booking is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or text. Service times may vary depending on weather conditions, location, and job requirements.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our flexible policies are designed to accommodate your needs:

• Free rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a service fee.
• No-shows or inaccessible properties may be charged the full service amount.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major payment methods including cash, card, and online transfers. For larger projects or contractor work, a deposit may be required.

For property buying or selling consultations, no upfront payment is required.

6. Deliverables Policy (Photos & Videos)

• Standard delivery timeframe for photos and videos is the next business day unless stated otherwise.
• Minor revisions are available upon request.
• Raw files are not included unless purchased separately.
• Blue sky replacement and basic image enhancements are included in standard packages.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service was not delivered as promised, we will either:

• Re-perform the service at no additional cost, or
• Issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation

Once deliverables (photos/videos) are delivered, refunds are generally not provided.

8. Property Purchase/Sale Policy

For clients selling or buying properties:

• All offers are based on estimates and may require an on-site property assessment.
• No offer is final until a physical inspection is completed.
• All property negotiations adhere to local state laws and compliance standards.

9. Safety Policy
